Pupils from St Philomena’s Faculty descended in town’s Crescent Gardens on Monday, 17 June to assist academics, Frinton in Bloom volunteers and members of Tendring District Council’s (TDC) Open Areas group forward of a go to by Anglia in Bloom judges.
