NEW YORK/WASHINGTON — US dock employees and port operators have reached a tentative deal that can instantly finish a three-day strike that has shut down delivery on the US East Coast and Gulf Coast, the Worldwide Longshoremen’s Affiliation union mentioned on Thursday.
